1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Agent Hand ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Software License

Agent Hand consists of two components with different licensing:

• Open-source core: Licensed under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the core freely.
• Pro features: Require a commercial license purchased through Paddle. The license is non-transferable and is bound to the email address used at the time of purchase.

3. License Restrictions

With respect to the Pro license, you may not:

• Transfer, sublicense, or resell your license to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Pro feature source code
• Use a single license on more devices than permitted by your plan
• Share license credentials with others

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the authors of Agent Hand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or operate your business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
