Agent Hand is a local CLI tool. We are committed to collecting as little data as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is stored.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the following:

• Email address — obtained via Google OAuth when you run agent-hand login to activate your Pro license.

We do not collect:

• Usage data, telemetry, or analytics
• Terminal session content or command history
• IP addresses or device identifiers beyond license validation

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used solely to:

• Validate your Pro license during activation
• Send purchase receipts (via creem.io)
• Respond to support or refund requests

4. Data Storage

License validation data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on a dedicated server (107.175.136.185). Data is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for payment processing.

5. Third-Party Payment Processor

Payments are processed by creem.io. creem.io has its own privacy policy governing payment data. We do not store credit card or payment information. Please review creem.io's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your email address for as long as your license is active. To request deletion of your data, email us at contact@asymptai.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date.
