Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Agent Hand Pro purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
- Email contact@asymptai.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address used at purchase and your order ID (from your Paddle receipt)
- We will process your request within 2 business days
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. License Revocation
Upon issuing a refund, your Pro license will be immediately deactivated. Running
agent-hand login will no longer succeed, and Pro features will become
unavailable.
5. Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- Purchases made within the last 14 days
- First-time purchases of a given license tier
Refunds are not available for:
- Purchases older than 14 days
- Renewals where the previous period was already refunded
